Cynthia has created a Canadian patriotic applique design that custom-fit this zipper pouch. The applique design is shown in the pictures, and the link to her design and tutorial is included in the pattern.
You will receive 7 pages of comprehensive and clear step-by-step instructions and color photos that will teach you how to make this beautiful zipper pouch. A YouTube video tutorial is included in the pattern for visual learners.

MATERIALS REQUIRED:
- Exterior fabric: fat quarter of quilting cotton or lightweight canvas
- Lining fabric: fat quarter of quilting cotton
- 1/4 yard (1/4 metre) fusible fleece interfacing: Pellon TP971F or Vlieseline H640
- 1/4 yard (1/4 metre) medium weight woven fusible interfacing: EB-Fuse light, Pellon SF-101 or Vlieseline G700
- #3 NYLON zipper tape or dress zipper 10” (26cm);
OR: #4.5 or #5 NYLON zipper tape or handbag zipper 10” (22.9cm)
- Wonder clips or pins
- Cutting mat, ruler, and rotary cutter, iron
- Disappearing fabric pen or fine chalk pen
- Zipper foot
