Mini Bilby Pouch PDF Sewing Pattern with video tutorial, 3 sizes

The Mini Bilby Pouch is the perfect pouch to store your AirPod and other ear bud cases. The small pouch accommodates the AirPods 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation, while the medium pouch can hold the AirPod Pro. Please refer to the finished pouch dimensions below to determine which pouch will better fit your ear bud case. Of course, the pouches can also be used to store other small items such as lip balm, small make-up items, tissues, coins, etc.

MATERIALS REQUIRED for 1 pouch:

- Exterior fabric: fat quarter of quilting cotton or lightweight canvas

- Optional contrast bottom: fat quarter of quilting cotton, Essex linen or lightweight canvas

- Lining fabric: fat quarter of quilting cotton 

- 1/4 yard (1/4 metre) fusible fleece interfacing: Pellon TP971F or Vlieseline H640

- Small pouch: #3 nylon zipper tape or dress zipper 6” (15cm) minimum

- Medium pouch: #3 nylon zipper tape or dress zipper 7” (17cm) minimum

- Large pouch: #3 nylon zipper tape or dress zipper 8” (20cm) minimum

1/2” (1.25cm) lobster clasp or 1” (2.5cm) keyring with lobster clasp

- Cutting mat, ruler, and rotary cutter, iron

- Wonder clips or pins

- Disappearing fabric pen or fine chalk pen

- Zipper foot

- 1/4" zipper foot is recommended

- A size 90/14 needle is recommended for this project
